This would be an extremely useful feature for moderators. This would allow for easy access to all their moderation tools, plus show any posts awaiting moderation. Reported posts would also be shown here (as soon as that link gets added back in). Optionally, posts with low ratings could also be shown (possibly as a plugin) to aid moderators in their search for inflammatory posts.

All features would be permission dependent, of course.
