New Ratings Idea

Posts have simple thumbs up / thumbs down rating system
Members can vote posts up or down, and this gives the post a score. Scores can be negative or positive, and I suppose we could have a "view threshold" to hide inflammatory, etc. posts by default.
A member's score is determined by adding up the score of all their posts. For example, a member with scores of 5 / -2 / 0 would have a score of 3.
This system could also contribute to a global forum karma score, based on the total ratings of all posts. This would probably be better as a plugin.
